It's been a gorgeous sunny day today so I thought I would share some bright and sunny cake colours. I hand make all of my sugar flowers and love creating them!

This cake was created for the wedding of Merete and Peter who celebrated their day at one of my all time favourite venues Knowsley Hall. The design is based on my signature 'Florence' cake with hand-made sugar roses cascading down the tiers. I just love making the flowers for this one, I spend hours in my kitchen rolling, cutting, moulding - it's very therapeutic!! Merete and Peter selected blush pinks, pale peaches and ivory subtle touches of green to suit their gorgeous colour scheme.

I loved this cake colour so much! The overall look of the cake was so effective with all the intricate pretty white icing detail. Lots of elements coming together to make the couples’ dream cake a reality xx

Hi everyone, hope you're all ok and keeping safe! Big hugs to you all at this difficult time.

Rebecca and Mark's wedding cake from last weekend at Statham Lodge, Lymm. 4 tiers of cake, including chocolate, red velvet, lemon and carrot. Ivory, champagne and gold colour palette and hand-made flowers to tie in with the wedding theme, including Ranunculus, spray roses and eucalyptus. I adored creating this!
