You may have not seen any content from me for a while. I have been making a few cakes but have scaled back as my son’s family have many health issues to contend with as the three youngest have a very rare condition called Fanconi Anaemia. This involves many hospital appointments at three different hospitals. Life is hard for them all and now their vehicle has suffered major engine failure and requires a new engine. The cost of replacing this is currently out of their reach although they are doing what they can to raise the money they could use some help.
