🎓✨ Final exam day… what a big day, and such a hot one too! ☀️

Two years ago, I walked into college full of excitement after enrolling in the baking course. Looking back, it feels like such a long journey filled with learning, growth, mistakes, achievements, smiles, and even a few tears. 🥐🍰❤️

Today, I’m proud of myself because I made it. This journey helped me discover how much I truly love baking. And what makes me happiest is that I’m still smiling on my final day, just like I did on my very first day of enrollment. 😊

Apple Cinnamon & Caramel Walnut Tart 🍎🍯

Today, it was one of those challenging days in the pastry college.

This tart has 6 different elements, and after making a mistake, I had to remake almost all of them.

There was a moment when I felt completely defeated, but I reminded myself to get back up and keep going.

It took a lot of energy, focus, and determination to catch up and finish everything on time.

In the end, every component came together

Some days are not about perfection—they're about perseverance.

Today, I finished, and I'm proud of that. ✨
