Clare's Cakery Gluten Free

Delicious home baked cakes, naturally gluten free. Suitable for coeliacs but great for all to enjoy! The philosophy behind our company is simple.

We make delicious cakes and goodies that can be enjoyed by all but that happen to be gluten free – meaning that cake starved Coeliacs need no longer be disappointed! We don’t use nasty additives to preserve our products and always choose ingredients that are naturally gluten free. We try to use produce in season wherever possible and only ever use free range eggs in our recipes. Our kitchens are not used to cook or prepare anything that contains gluten so there is no risk of cross contamination.

Good evening cake lovers! Now that we are half way through November I think it's safe to talk about Christmas! 🎄🎄🎄

We've already begun prepping things for the festive season - the great mince pie bake is well under way, Christmas cakes are maturing and puddings have been steamed.

If you'd like a copy of our new e-brochure please get in touch and I'll send it over - it contains some lovely new cakes as well as the old favourites! Last orders for Christmas delivery must be received by Saturday 6th December please - you can contact us by email on our shiny new address ([email protected]), by WhatsApp, text, phone or Facebook messenger. However we don't advise leaving it up to Father Christmas - he's a very busy man you know!!!

It's been a big weekend for one of our favourite customers! I have been making Amy's birthday cakes since she was eight years old and yesterday she celebrated her 18th birthday! In that time we've done pink with flowers, spots, rainbows, Harry Potter, football and butterflies. She had requested a cake with 18 tiers but we opted for three with 15 matching cupcakes to make up the numbers. Happy birthday Amy, we hope you've enjoyed your celebrations! 🎉🎈🎂🎁 xx

Good afternoon cake lovers! What an exciting day of sport today promises to be - The Wimbledon Final and, of course, THAT football match!!! We've had plenty of strawberries and several football inspired cakes over the past few weeks as well as butterfies, sunflowers and starry night cupcakes. Hello cake lovers - we are back and baking after a fabulous holiday "Down Under" 🇦🇺 It's been a busy old time since we returned with lots of birthday cakes delivered at the weekend. Hope everybody celebrating had a fabulous time and enjoyed their cakes.☺️🎂🍰

What a very chocolatey weekend it has been in the Cakery! We hope Anne & Dave and Dominic enjoyed their birthday celebrations- and cakes, of course!

The cakery will be closed for most of March to allow for 'The Three R's" (rest, refurbishment & research!). If you haven't already spoken to us to discuss your orders while we are closed please get in touch!
