I’ve been having so many problems with my messages on both my cake platforms since merging with Meta Business, and unfortunately, I haven’t had any messages come through for just over the last two weeks! 🥲

With my October and November orders coming up, I’m starting to get a little worried as I’m struggling to contact customers and don’t want anyone’s orders to be affected.

I’ve created a new page for the time being where Messenger is working, so I’m going to try and contact everyone by the end of today. If I haven’t managed to get hold of you, please could you message me on the new page instead? 🤍

Just to clarify, I’ll still be using both my existing page and Instagram as normal! For content! This is simply an additional page to make sure I can reliably get in contact with everyone. 🫶🏼
