For the last couple of months I have been at Ashburton cookery school completing my level 2 diploma in patisserie. I have made lots of different things but this is just a couple images of what I have learnt. One more week of exams and then it’s all over 😭I will then be back in Somerset and back making lots of celebration cakes for you all! 🎂 There will also be a couple of other exciting announcements coming 📣

Exciting news! During January I will be starting at Ashburton Cookery School for 3 months, taking part in there Diploma in patisserie course. I will not be taking any postal orders during this time but I will still be offering celebration cakes. I will only be able to do them at the weekend, and I will need at least a weeks notice to get your cake booked in. I have some booked in already so if you need a cake between now and April make sure to book as soon as possible!
