Being a cake decorator gives me the little superpower to turn a celebrant’s dream cake into reality. 🎂✨ And honestly, I’m so grateful and happy that sometimes I can’t even explain how it feels. ❤️

Seeing the face of the celebrant when they see their cake for the first time is already priceless… but seeing the parents’ faces too? Haha! 🥹❤️ That feeling is truly indescribable.

Every cake I make reminds me that being a cake decorator is more than just decorating cakes. It’s being a small part of someone’s special celebration, creating something they imagined, and helping make a moment they will remember for years to come.

Behind every cake is a story, a celebration, and a whole lot of trust. And I never take that trust for granted. 🥹

Grabe, ang support ng Filipino community sa Watford… talagang nakakaiyak. 😭❤️🇵🇭

We decided to trade again this week, even though we were just at Watford High Street last week. Honestly, naisip namin na baka this time, wala nang masyadong bumili since we had just traded the week before. But once again, the Filipino community in Watford never fails to surprise us. 🥹

We feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be surrounded by such a warm, supportive and welcoming community here in Watford. Every time we trade, we are reminded that it’s not always about how much we earn or whether we sell out.

What I truly love about trading at Watford High Street is the opportunity to see so many familiar Filipino faces — to have a little chikahan (which, honestly, is my favourite part 😂), catch up, ask each other how life is going, and simply enjoy a few moments together.

Some people come just to buy bread. Some stop for a quick chat. Some we meet for the first time, and somehow, a simple conversation turns into encouragement, connection and a little reminder that we’re not alone here. ❤️

I also truly believe that we don’t meet people randomly. Some people cross our paths for a reason, even if it’s just for a short conversation or a few words of encouragement. And to everyone we met and chatted with today — and even those we met last week — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Every “support kita,” every kind word, every purchase, every recommendation, and every person who stopped by means so much more to our little home bakery than you probably realise. 🥹

We may be a small kitchen bakery, but because of all of you, we feel incredibly supported and encouraged to keep going. Baked Goods by Mrs. P. is growing one loaf, one pastry, one cake and one conversation at a time. 🤎
