There is nothing quite like the comfort of toasted oats, and I’ve found a way to wrap that warmth right into a crispy, golden crust. Meet the newest addition to the bakery counter: Oatmeal Sourdough ✨
I start by soaking whole rolled oats to bring out their natural sweetness and create an incredibly soft, pillowy crumb. Then, it undergoes our signature long, cold fermentation process—meaning it’s packed with flavor, completely additive-free, and incredibly gentle on the gut.
Before it hits the oven, each loaf is rolled in extra oats and hand-scored, creating a beautiful, rustic crust that cracks and crunches perfectly when toasted.
It is hearty, subtly sweet, and absolutely perfect for your morning toast with a thick layer of salted butter, or paired with a warm bowl of soup.
