I haven't baked in a while but am getting back into it and what better time than Christmas!! Made these red velvet and carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I also made gluten free versions of both flavours.

This was a very special request from a very special little boy, whose Mum, Tanushree, sent me a very cute and heart warming video thanking me for making his favourite birthday cake ❤❤ when I saw that, I was determined to make this cake awesome just for him and to make his special day extra special.

This one was fun and adventurous....Ferrero Rocher birthday cake, two layer hazelnut cake and two layers chocolate cake....Nutella buttercream frosting and hazelnut cakesicles....😋😋😋🥰🥰🥰🥰
