Continental Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla & locally sourced free range eggs. I also use Fair Trade whenever possible. I hold a Level 2 Food and Safety Hygiene Certificate,complying with UK/EU Regulations. My premises are fully registered with Havant Borough Council and have been inspected and approved by the Environmental Health Department, attaining the highest rating of 5 Stars. I am a member o
