I am highly committed to using only the finest and freshest ingredients in everything I make. I have a 5 star Food Hygiene rating issued by Warwick District Council. This is the highest rating you can get and I am very proud of this acheivement. I have a PME Masters is Sugarcraft and have been taught by Alan Dunn, Mark Tilling, Ceri Griffiths, Tracey Mann, and Maisie Parish. I have attended nume

rous courses at Cakes 4 Fun, Maisie Parish, Squires and The Creative Cake Academy. I am constantly looking for fresh ideas and developing my skills and am currently doing a sugar paste flower course at Southam College to expand on my skills. Feast your eyes on my unique creations.
