☕ WE’RE HIRING — ALL ROUNDER / BARISTA 🥐
LARA PATISSERIE is looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable All Rounder to join our team.
This is a front of house position where no two parts of the day are quite the same. You’ll be helping to keep the patisserie running smoothly, from serving customers to making great coffee, helping prepare sandwiches and small plates, and keeping everything clean and organised.
Your role will include:
• Serving customers and using the tills
• Making and serving coffee, teas and other drinks
• Taking care of customers and providing great service
• Helping prepare sandwiches and small plates in the kitchen
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Keeping the front of house clean and tidy
• Helping on the pot wash station when required
• Restocking and helping with general day-to-day tasks
• Working as part of a small, friendly team
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has barista experience — this is essential ☕
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Is friendly, confident and approachable
• Is reliable, organised and hardworking
• Can work well in a busy environment
• Is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed
• Has a good eye for cleanliness and presentation
📍 LARA PATISSERIE
🗓️ 4 days per week
⏰ Morning position — 7–8 hours per day
☕ Barista experience essential
