When you go to 🇪🇬 Egypt for a holiday and come back with a suitcase full of baking supplies instead 😍✈️🧁
Supply Run...... 🤣🙈🍫🎂🍪🍩🍨🍧
From pistachio creams and Dubai chocolate fillings to mango spreads, crispy toppings and dessert sauces… I was in absolute heaven! 🤤
I love finding unique flavours and ingredients that you just can’t easily get in the UK — it gives me so many new ideas for cakes, brownies, cookie pies and desserts 🍰✨ I like to stand out and let my bakes taste different...
I also spoke to the chef 👨‍🍳 in Double Tree By Hilton who very excitedly gave me the recipe to there signature cookies which I shall now mould and shape into something even more delicious 😋
Safe to say my kitchen is about to be VERY busy 👩🏼‍🍳💕
Now the question is, what should I make first? 👀

The 61st year of Thelwall Rose Queen 2026 is in 5 weeks time!! 🥳🥳

Once again, the Thelwall Rose Queen event returns to Thelwall on Saturday 20th June for a fantastic day of processions, entertainment, competitions and stalls.

We’re so excited to see Jenny Richieson lead this year’s celebrations and represent our wonderful community as our new Rose Queen of 2026 – we know you’ll be amazing!

This year’s theme is Countries so come along, bring the family and enjoy a fun filled day.

The procession starts at 1pm at Thelwall Parish Hall. So, we’ll Look forward to seeing you there!

To help make this year’s festival the best one yet, we’re looking for helpers and volunteers to get involved. Whether you can spare a little time or a lot, we’d love to have you join us – many hands really do make light work!

This is the next Event I have coming up..
Im only doing Savoury items for this, Pies, Sausage Rolls, Pasty etc.. etc..
I love a good wacky Sausage Roll or Pie so anything you fancy inside them let me know.. Im willing to give it a go...!!!!! Come support the racers then fill your belly with a warm Sausage roll, or Pie or both...
Yum 😋 You wont be disappointed 😋 😉 😜

Been busy in the kitchen again... A customer came to me today and asked me for the Cornflake Tart version of the TicTok crunch tub as ive made them before, didn't have any so I told her I would make her one tonight ready for the morning, ive made 4.. one is claimed 3 available tomorrow at warrington Food and Craft in Bank Park.
Now im calling it a night super tired and babbling, see you tomorrow 😴

Now im back in the kitchen Making More Spam sausage Rolls, Sticky Apple & Honey ect as you guys love um...
