One gorgeous 3D embossing folder, two completely different looks!

I’m so excited to share these two cards created using the "Sunflower Field" collection from Lisa Horton Crafts. Inspired by the beautiful Arts & Crafts movement, this pattern has captured my heart.
For the first card, I went with an elegant hexagonal frame to highlight the central motif, keeping it vibrant with soft teal and warm coral tones. For the second piece, I created a classic rectangular window effect, adding a dreamy background, dimensional flowers, and a delicate butterfly to give it a whimsical touch.

I love spending time on these intricate details and giving each project its own unique heart.
Which style speaks to you more - the geometric hexagon or the layered window view? Drop your choice in the comments!

Say hello to the new Fluffy Friends collection from Polkadoodles! These new digi stamps are so much fun to work with. I picked a few to colour in with my pencils, but there are plenty more to discover!

A bit of colour and geometry today!
The backgrounds were made with Chevron 2 x Layering Stencil Set and Distress Oxide inks. I love how they create depth and light.
I decorated the cards using the Beautiful Anemone Flowers and Wild Sunshine Flowers sets from Polkadoodles.
Simple yet full of life – perfect for heartfelt cards.

Day 13 of 52!
There is nothing quite like the beauty of messy, rich layers. Today I leaned heavily into my love for grunge and vintage aesthetics!
This project features a beautiful blend of leaf stenciling over a splattered Distress Resist base, creating an incredible tactile surface. I built up the deep, weathered edges with Cloud 9 Tree Bark ink, heat-set some gorgeous dark embossing powder for raw grit, and topped it off with realistic stamped coffee rings. It’s textured, moody, and perfect for any coffee enthusiast!
Do you love adding a bit of grunge and grit to your projects, or do you prefer to keep them clean and bright?

Remember the Compton Florals background from my recent video? Here is the finished card!
I wanted to create a rich, classic contrast, so I started by running my cardstock through the 3D embossing folder to create that incredible, deep texture. Then, I used the matching stencils to layer deep blues and soft lilacs perfectly over the raised design. To really bring out the details, I lightly swiped metallic gold ink across the top of the patterns so they catch the light beautifully.
Instead of keeping the background whole, I cut the embossed panel into elegant vertical strips to create a unique layout. I finished it off with coordinating die-cut foliage and a simple "Have a Magical Day" sentiment right in the center.
This gorgeous set is out now as part of the new William Morris Inspired Collection by Lisa Horton Crafts!
I'd love to know, do you prefer soft pastel florals, or do you love these rich, moody tones with gold shimmer? 👇
