🧀🥓 NEW… Cheese & Bacon Topped Sausage Roll! 🥓🧀

We thought we’d take a classic sausage roll and give it a little upgrade… 😍

Our buttery, flaky sausage roll is topped with plenty of melted cheese and crispy bacon for the ultimate comfort food.

We tried it at home, and it was an absolute hit! 🙌

The important question is…

We’ve loved welcoming so many new faces to our FREE Thursday Evening Taster Sessions, so we’ve decided to continue them throughout August.

If you’ve been thinking about giving bowls a try, there’s still plenty of time to come along. Everyone is welcome, whether you come on your own, with friends or as a family.

Another busy week at Austin Food Emporium… and for once, a very rare weekend off! 😊

I’m not quite sure what to do with myself!

It’s been a lovely week, with some precious time spent taking our beautiful new granddaughter, Edie, out for a walk. 💕

I also had the greatest privilege of catering for a celebration of life, helping a family come together to remember and honour someone special. It’s always an honour to be trusted with such an important occasion.

To round off the week, I created a batch of birthday cupcakes that were both gluten-free and dairy-free, proving that everyone can enjoy a special treat! 🧁✨

What a week it’s been at Austin Food Emporium! 💛

I've been incredibly busy in the kitchen, freshly preparing and delivering:

🥪 79 homemade afternoon teas
🥗 Corporate lunches for our fantastic local businesses
🎉 2 celebration buffets for special occasions

Every sandwich, savoury bite and sweet treat is made fresh with care, and we’re so grateful to everyone who continues to support my small business. It really does mean the world to me.

Now it’s time for a well-earned cuppa! ☕️
