I do not recommend transporting cakes on a passengers lap or on a car seat due to this not being a flat surface. keep your cake cool and away from direct sunlight at all times, Turn off heaters in the car. Do not store your cake in the fridge unless advised to by me. Once the cake is collected it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the cake is stored and transported correctly.

Design- each cake I create is unique to you, I am happy for you to send inspiration pictures but please note that I will never directly copy someone else’s cake design and I will always put my own creativity into the cake. Please also understand that in a lot of circumstances photos found on places such as Pinterest and Instagram have been photoshopped and enhanced and can sometimes give unrealistic expectations.
8. Finally Complaints- Whilst I hope to never receive a complaint, if there is any aspect of your cake that you are not happy with please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this.
