We’re bringing The Heritage Bakery to two new regular markets this September, which means even more chances to discover what’s coming out of our bakery!

Every 2nd Saturday from 12th September

Expect a big selection of our artisan breads, sweet treats, tray bakes, loaf cakes, focaccia and plenty more. 🍞🥐🍰

We’ve been working hard to bring The Heritage Bakery to more places around Oxfordshire, so we’re VERY excited to add these two to our regular market calendar!

Our Witney shop will be closed this Bank Holiday Monday, but behind the scenes, our bakery will still be busy.

A new chapter is beginning at The Heritage Bakery.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes — developing our range, expanding our capabilities and getting ready for what’s next.

From 1 September, our refreshed wholesale range and new price list will launch, alongside our new pastry production area producing our own handmade morning goods and pastries.

And we’re not stopping there… new seasonal products are coming this autumn. 🍂

A big thank you to Salah and the whole team for all the hard work, dedication and passion that has gone into bringing these changes to life. We’re incredibly excited to share what everyone has been working on.

BBQ season isn’t over yet. 🍔🌭

With plenty of warm days still ahead, it’s the perfect weather for burgers, hot dogs and outdoor menus.

We’ve worked on creating the perfect Brioche Burger Buns & Hot Dog Buns for professional kitchens — soft, rich and smooth, with enough structure to hold everything from a classic burger to a seriously loaded one.

Available in a range of sizes to suit different menus, from restaurants and pubs to burger bars, caterers and events.

We’ve been proudly supplying 1885 Burgers (Oxfordshire) with our brioche buns — and we’ve tried their burgers ourselves… they’re seriously good! 🤤🍔

INTRODUCING OUR SEEDED SOURDOUGH ROUND 🌾

We’ve been very busy behind the scenes at The Heritage Bakery, with lots to look forward to over the coming weeks.

First up, our Seeded Sourdough Round — handmade using Cotswold Flour and packed with a delicious mix of seeds for extra flavour, texture and goodness. A beautifully crisp crust, soft centre and that distinctive sourdough flavour make it a great everyday loaf.

Already available from us retail and wholesale — whether you’re picking one up for home or looking for something new to add to your café, farm shop, deli or hospitality offering.
