I'm a passionate baker/cake decorator who started it all by challenging myself to bake and decorate my son's 3rd birthday cake, having never decorated anything! Since then, as you can see from my albums, I've made a vast array of celebration cakes and cupcakes for family and friends... everything from children's birthday cakes, to christening cakes and "man-cakes"! I've now decided to turn this pa

Vickylicious Cakes is on the move! Thanks to each and every one who gave me the honour of making them a cake/cupcake/cookie/brownie etc over the last few years… through you, I’ve learned a lot, and had fun in the process! I hope to get back into it at some point in the future, but will let you know! For now, I concentrate on my family and getting settled in a new country! ###

Can’t believe how terrible I’ve been for posting cakes! 🙈🙈🙈 Thought I’d make amends and start by posting one of my most recent ones! It’s a take on one I made a while back but I love the classy elegance, while still being “manly” enough for a client’s husband’s 30th! Marbled sugarpaste covering a sumptuous vanilla cake filled with smooth delicious vanilla buttercream! Hand painted gold veining gives it that extra touch! Home-made gold macarons dusted with some sprinkles from the fab Sprinkle-Tits and an incredible topper from the amazing Burnt Island Occasions finish it off perfectly! 👌🏼

Had such a blast making this cake for a beautiful lady that was turning 20… ahem.. again! 😜Raspberry flavour cake with luscious lemon buttercream marbled all over. And the best fun? A little late in the day, but I wanted to wish all my amazing customers and followers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May 2021 be a happy, healthy, and peaceful year for all! I’ve been away since early in December so this year there were no gorgeous Christmas orders to show off.. so here’s a look back at some from last year.
