So today is world menopause day.

Menopause and perimenopause are different for every woman.
We all have different feelings and symptoms and not all at the same time.

For me some days are easy 😌 and others are fu***ng hard 😢 and each day is completely different to the last.

Let's take today to share with each other, if you could have 1 symptom dissappear forever what would it be ?

Mine would be the mood swings.. being ‘sad’ when I’m perfectly fine or the hot sweats (that are not consistent at all!)

On our way to the hospital for a leg check up. Has been nearly 6 months since I’ve been and seen the doctor. Will definitely be asking about the restless legs and if I can drop the steroids down a bit more or stop them all together. Wish me luck 🍀
