I felt very lucky to be asked to make this cake but I cannot take full credit! The lovely Gill baked this huge 3 tier fruit cake and soaked it in so much brandy that our whole house smelt amazing!!

Beauty and the Beast inspired wedding cake for our lovely friends. The Be Our Guest carved cake stand and hand made rose in the bridesmaids colours in the glass dome sitting on top. 4 tiers of chocolate, carrot , lemon and gluten free vanilla cake.
