We begin at St Winefride’s Well, slipping into its legendary healing waters — a cool, shimmering blessing for body, mind, and spirit. Let the centuries of devotion held in those waters wash over you, soften you, and open you to the light of summer.

From there, we wander just around the corner to the atmospheric ruins of Basingwerk Abbey — a place where time slows, the air hushes, and the veil feels thin. Among the arches and wildflowers, we’ll share a relaxed summer picnic before sinking into a deeply restorative sound‑bath. Quartz bowls, handpan, chimes, and drum will echo through the old stone, creating a cocoon of resonance that settles the nervous system and nourishes the soul.

It’s a day for renewal.

Last night’s family shenanigans involved sitting around the campfire eating chocolate covered strawberries and watching the lightning in the distance before the thunder storm rolled in. I slept so well in the caravan with the rain beating down on the roof and the rumbles of the storm.

Gods, I love cows! Listen to me fan-girling over them. 🙈 This is what family is all about - unplugging the Witchlings from tech and just getting out and about in nature. 🥰
I wasn’t as calm or excited about 5 minutes before this video though, cos I had a baby slug on my foot (flip flop life) and screamed the field down. 🤣
