🧈 1 cup unsalted butter
🍬 2 cups packed light brown sugar
🥛 ¾ cup heavy cream
🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🧂 1 pinch sea salt or sea salt flakes

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
🧈 ½ cup salted sweet cream butter
🍬 1 cup dark brown sugar
🥛 1 cup heavy whipping cream
🍦 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

HOT FUDGE SAUCE
🍬 2 cups sugar
🥛 1 ½ cup heavy cream
🍫 1 cup cocoa powder
🧈 1 cup butter
🧂 ¼ tsp salt
🍦 3 tbsp vanilla extract
☕ 1 tbsp instant coffee
🍥 17 ounce jar marshmallow fluff

CARAMEL SAUCE
🍬 2 cups granulated sugar
🍯 2 tablespoons corn syrup
💧 ⅓ cup water
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter
