A few cakes we missed uploading before my now one year old arrived!

We’re feeling a rebrand, the name connells cakes was used because originally it was for my daughter who is a Connell however I now have three children, two of which are Dixon’s.

So I was thinking of Dixon’s delights or something along those lines.

What’s everyone’s thoughts?

Dairy free and egg free chocolate, vanilla, lemon and biscoff cupcakes!

When i was approached and asked to do vegan cupcakes as the recipient had an egg allergy it really struck home for me how little options there are out there in terms of vegan/dairy free/egg free cupcakes. I myself have recently had to go dairy free and trying to find sweet treats that don't taste horrible has been so difficult but suffice to say these are now a staple in my house!

We will not be back in the kitchen and making baked goods for everyone until March but we will be responding to messages in the meantime.
