🩷 A LITTLE HELP FROM OUR DOBOY FAMILY 🩷

The reason we had to close our Leeds shop early yesterday was for the safety of our staff members.

The truth is, this weekend we’ve been targeted by the same group of ‘kids’ as last summer. Only this time, the group is bigger, they’re older, and their behaviour has been extremely cocky and intimidating.

Last year, I posted their faces because I was hurt and disgusted that anyone could be so vile towards my little pink donut shop, tucked away on the quieter side of Leeds.

This time, I won’t be posting their faces. I won’t give them the attention they clearly think they deserve. My priority is protecting my staff and making sure they feel safe coming to work. ❤️

But instead, I’m asking for YOUR help. 🥹

Because we had to close early yesterday, we have hundreds of donuts that we need to sell today. We’re a small family business, and realistically, shifting this much stock on a Monday is going to be a challenge.

So, if you fancy a little sweet treat today, please pop down and see us. Grab a donut, a coffee, or a box of goodies to share. Every single purchase, share and bit of support makes a difference to our little business.

We’ve worked so hard to build Doboy, and it’s heartbreaking when situations like this affect our staff, our business and the people who simply want to come in and enjoy a donut.

Another year of Doboy, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. 🥹💗

What started as a little dream has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined — and I couldn’t have done it without the people around me.
