🥂❤️ HONEYMOON MODE ACTIVATED! ❤️🥂

Gwen’s is officially closed and we’re finally switching off, putting our feet up and enjoying some much-needed honeymoon time! 💍💕☀️

And what better way to start than with a lovely glass of bubbly, kindly gifted to us as a wedding present by one of our wonderful café regulars! 🥂🍾

A massive thank you to Chris (Friday 10:15 😜) and family for such a thoughtful gift! ❤️ It really does mean the world to us. We’re so lucky to have such lovely customers who have become more like friends. 🥰

So here’s to love, laughter, married life and a little time away from the café! 🥂💕

Love from the newlyweds, Kim & Jack ❤️💍

☕️ A little update from Gwen’s 💗

Please bare with us over the next few days. Unfortunately, one of our suppliers has closed, so we’re currently busy looking for a new supplier that can provide the quality and products we want for Gwen’s.

This may mean a few items are temporarily unavailable or slightly different while we get everything sorted.

We’re working as quickly as we can to find the right alternative and get things back to normal.

Thank you, as always, for your patience and for supporting our little café — we really appreciate you! 🩷

💍❤️ WE HAD A VERY GOOD REASON! ❤️💍

You may have noticed Gwen’s Cafe has been closed a little more than usual recently… and no, we haven’t just been skiving off! 😂

We had a VERY important reason…

WE GOT MARRIED! 🥂💒💍

That’s right — Gwen’s took a little time out so we could celebrate one of the biggest and happiest days of our lives with our family and friends. ❤️

Running Gwen’s means so much to us, but sometimes you have to put the apron down, switch the coffee machine off and enjoy some special moments! ☕️😂

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, especially while we’ve been a little quieter than usual. We’re now back, refreshed, married and ready to get back to what we love — good food, good coffee and good vibes at Gwen’s! 💗

And yes… the newlyweds are back behind the counter! 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

Lots of love,
Jack & Kim Lawson ❤️
