Has been established for three years, and all my cakes are all hand made, we even make our own jam. Level 2 wired flowers, certificate
levels,1,2,3 moderling, certificate
and have completed my cake business from home course. I have also been inspected by East Dorset county counciil, Food Hygine with an Excellent report.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat at the Rhinefield House Wedding Exhibition yesterday. It was such a busy and lovely day.

I always love people’s reactions when I tell them the flowers are made entirely from sugar. Creating sugar flowers is something I’m truly passionate about, and I pour my heart and soul into every single detail.

Two months ago, I was honoured to win Prestige Awards Personalised Cake Specialist of the Year 🏆

I still feel incredibly humbled by this achievement, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without my amazing couples who trust me to bring their visions to life.

I pour my heart into every design, and creating wedding cakes—especially crafting my sugar flowers, which are an art form in their own right—is something I absolutely love.

The wedding of Trevor & Anna at The Connaught Hotel, Bournemouth 🤍

Anna and Trevor were an absolute delight to work with — they had a clear vision from the start, and it was a joy bringing it to life. Their elegant theme of rich greens, soft whites, and touches of gold created such a timeless and sophisticated look.

This two-tier cake was finished with a stunning cascade of handcrafted sugar flowers, perfectly complementing the design. It was beautifully displayed alongside lemon and carrot cupcakes, as well as heart-shaped shortbread biscuits — the perfect sweet table for their special day.

This elegant three-tier cake featured delicate sugar roses in dusky pink and soft white, with a gentle cascade flowing down each tier. A charming finishing touch was a handmade springer spaniel at the base — a sweet tribute to their beloved dog, Alfie 🐾

Flavours included rich chocolate fudge and our classic traditional Victoria sponge.
