Hello and welcome to Lollipop Cupcakes, I have been making cakes for friends and family for many years and have only recently found the time to make them for other people. All of my cakes are hand made with fresh ingredients, NO packet mixes are used and most of my decorations are also hand made. All cakes have a shelf life of 4/5 days, this includes the day of your event and the following 3/4 da

ys, the cakes are freshly baked 1 day for Cupcakes or 2 days for Celebration Cakes prior to the day of your event to give time to decorate, your cake may last longer than this but this depends on the conditions the cakes are stored in. Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place but they should not be stored in the fridge or air tight container prior to your event as the icing will sweat and may go limp. There are a variety of cakes for you to choose from, the most popular being Chocolate cake, Vanilla or Madera cake, Coffee cake or Lemon cake, please ask as I have a long list of other flavours along with buttercreams. You are welcome to provide your own ideas and images of a cakes and between us we can come up with a suitable design. All cakes have a shelf life of 4/5 days, this includes the day of your event and the following 3/4 days, the cakes are freshly baked 1 day for Cupcakes or 2 days for Celebration Cakes prior to the day of your event to give time to decorate, your cake may last longer than this but this depends on the conditions the cakes are stored in. Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place but they should not be stored in the fridge or air tight container prior to your event as the icing will sweat and may go limp. There are a variety of cakes sponges and also buttercream filling for you to choose from please ask and I can send a list of both to you. You are welcome to provide your own design or picture of a cake. I would also be happy to provide only the decorations if you prefer to bake your own cake.
