Dear Followers

If you are looking for me to bake for you - I always recommend you try and book well ahead of time.

As a general trend, my diary is booked 6 to 8 weeks ahead (some bookings are already in for 2027!), however I will always try and help IF I have capacity.

Unfortunately in the last 12 hours alone - I have had to turn away 3 bookings, as I myself have no availability to help.

I had a a wonderful time with my parents visiting me last week.

Coming down to a cup of masala chai (and possibly more) ready for me each morning has been a real treat as well as being pampered overall!

During one of our days out we discovered a hidden gem in watford: Cheslyn House and Gardens. I've lived in London for many years now and have never discovered it! Great for walking and switching off!

I bake a lot and if I'm super honest my sense of smell is often unable to differentiate aromas... however this cake is an EXCEPTION.

Shots of Italian Espresso were added to make this cake and my home and any visitors will know when this is being baked.

Having baked for several years - I see families introduce new members and we often blink and they are growing up too quickly!
