Yes, I work unsociable hours. But usually, it’s because my hands are covered in flour, the oven is on, and I'm busy actually baking your beautiful orders!

When I’m not baking, I’m being a mum, cooking dinner, and switching off to recharge.

Lately, the expectation for 24/7 instant replies has gotten a bit wild.
