As you have probably guessed my name is Caroline and I make all the cakes and bakes out of my own kitchen at home, which is a fully registered food business, approved and checked by the local authorities. I am based in a sleepy little North Shropshire village on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, but can deliver to wherever is needed. Although I have only recently found my passion for baking in the last few years, I have spent the majority of my 25 year career working within the catering industry both in the UK and abroad, and hold a BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management as well as a current and up to date food hygiene certificate. It has only been in the last few years, I have discovered my love for baking. But it is not only the making of wonderful and amazing cakes that I love, but also the real satisfaction I get from seeing someone bite into one of them, watching that look of genuine enjoyment cross their face, and knowing that it was me who created that few minutes of food heaven for them!
