So it is official our very own Director and Cullen Skink Champion Linsay McCallum is going out on the road, not only with the infamous Cullen Skink but with delicious seafood dishes, Scottish Gins, Wines and ahin that works with seafood from Scotland.🎣🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Our venues will hold the concrete passion of food and drink whilst Linsay will be on wheels across the country feeding the nation, and no doubt in her other country of love...Spain. 🇪🇸

Following the success of the last two years, we’re thrilled to be back for the biggest ever Food Hall Festival in The House of Bruar. Taking place from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July.

The Food Festival will run from 10am until 4.30pm each day and admission is completely free. We look forward to making it a truly unforgettable weekend through the art of tasting.
