🌿Join us tomorrow evening for a delicious organic dinner and auction - A fundraiser for Friends of the River Medway 🌿
Nestled in the enchanting expansive gardens of Shaleshurst in Forest Row. Dine beneath the sweeping willow and canopy of the pines, next to one of the streams that feeds into the River Medway and be served a feast of seasonal organic and biodynamic food with succulent meats cooked over the fire, alongside locally grown mineral rich vegetables thoughtfully prepared by talented local chefs using produce grown and sourced within our community.
Cooking for you tomorrow we have Alex of The Sussex Kitchen, an acclaimed chef who has cooked as some of the most prestigious restaurants in London, and Luke Manders a Sussex based chef and outdoor educator who specialises in organic growing and wild foraging.
Alongside dinner, we’ll be holding a special fundraising auction featuring handcrafted silver jewellery, original artworks, holistic treatments, garden and wellbeing experiences, nourishing food
