It’s new mixer day!!🔥🥳

I’ve retired my kitchen aids for these £35 delights from Aldi 😂

A few years ago I thought kitchen aids were the dogs.. you know..✌🏼😂 to me they’re the Ferrari of the stand mixers. BUT, when my OG favourite one officially died last year the replacements weren’t the same.

I still LOVE my kitchen aid mixers, but one of them I have to faff taking the bowl on and off and the other is too speedy even on level 1 - if you own one, you get it. If not.. read on.

So when I got one of these cheap ones to get me through a busy period I was SO impressed. She’s a little noisy but does a fantastic job!! So I ran to Aldi when I saw they had them in again, obvs got one of each colours.

So now we have..

🩷Pink Polly
💚Sage Green Sandra
❤️Ruby Red Rupert

Hopefully these 3 will get me though Christmas!!

One thing about me..

I LOVE to support other bakers. Well, most other bakers - there’s the occasional one I can’t gel with because they think they own the baking scene 🙄

Anyways, I am all for buying treats from others myself. The first thing I do is scope out a baker at my events because 9/10 times im bringing treats home from them!!
- Can’t always say they’re as good as mine though hehe 😜 🙊👀

If I’m unavailable for a requested date or the order isn’t something I do, like this for example. I always recommend someone else. Emma from BWLCBM is my brother in laws mum, I sent sooo many people to her over summer when my holiday was approaching.
‘Cause At the end of the day, we’re all in the same boat and if you can’t support someone reaching for the same dream as yourself then who can you support!!

I’m a strong believer in women should support women too, especially when a small biz is involved. If I can’t bake your cake, I’ll always help you find someone who can 🤍

As my dad always says, it costs nothing to be nice🫶🏼

That’s me!!

If you’re wondering what your fave baker gets up to twice a week now. I take a cheeky break from the kitchen and go running!! Yes, you read that right!

Not only am I running to improve (I say improve but actually mean gain some as I have none) my fitness and become a slightly healthier version of myself. We all do it to raise awareness of Holly, a young girl who sadly lost her battle to cancer at just age 5. Her parents set up a beautiful charity in her memory to make sure she is never forgotten, they help other family’s going through the heartache of it all enjoy some moments that wouldn’t be possible without the money their raise.

If you can, please have a look into the page - read Hollys story, donate if you’re able and keep Hollys memory alive 🩷💜
