Yesterday at The Cliff Hotel for Kim & Simon

Hydrangeas featured in the wedding theme, Kim
wanted that theme to feature on the cake. And because fresh hydrangeas are very poisonous we crated this modern but elegant piped hydrangea vibe to the cake.

This crisp iced cake was covered in Couture Sugarpaste which is always a dream to work with.
