Love a strong theme when designing a cake, and this game certainly gave me plenty to play with, and my edible printer provided the perfect finishing touches! 🙂🤨😡🪙

Finn chose Chocolate Orange from my extensive list of cake flavours 🌿 (a great choice, it's one of my favourites too!)

🐇🥕 Esther's Christening cake 🦔🪻

A throwback to January and the first cake of 2026! Absolutely loved channelling the magic of the great Beatrix Potter for this classic Victoria Sponge.

Putting my edible printer to excellent use with some of Beatrix's magical illustrations and tying them into a garden scene including hand-modelled foxgloves, carrots and cabbages, garden tools and lots of bees and butterflies. 🐝🦋

Somehow, despite baking all manner of cake/cupcake etc for over a decade this is my first time handling Peter Rabbit or any of his friends, I have no idea how... I just hope it isn't my last!!

An excuse for a throwback to this time last year, and to give a little more love to this set of Valentines/Love themed set! ❤️

Baked to celebrate a 20th Wedding Anniversary, this set of Lemon & Elderflower cupcakes, topped with homemade Lemon & Elderflower curd, as well as chocolate hearts were entirely . ❤️🌿

A HUGE thank you to everyone who supported Olli's Cakes this year, and asked me to bake for their special occasions - everything from weddings and anniversaries to birthdays and Valentine's day etc!

2025 has been a distinctly difficult year personally and I have really appreciated every order and the patience everyone has shown me, it means the world! ❤️

✨ Ultimate Luxury Christmas cake ✨

Love creating a new tradition, in this case baking the most luxurious, boozy Christmas cake possible to gift to my lovely Dad. ❤️✨

Packed with all the traditional dried fruits and nuts, plus glacé cherries and dried cranberries all thoroughly soaked in homemade sloe gin before baking, and infused with more sloe gin as it matured.

My favourite part of this cake though was the decoration, arranging my homemade glacé orange slices, more glacé cherries, and whole almonds, pecans and pistachios, all finished with a classic apricot glaze. It's just so lux and glossy!!

The final thing that makes this so special to me is that it harks back to my childhood when we received a not wholly dissimilar fruitcake every Christmas all the way from the USA and the Collin Street Bakery, Texas. 🇺🇸

Had a load of creepy fun making these spooky chocolate gravestones into Halloween cupcakes! 🪦🎃

Love the apparent simplicity of this design, and I think it definitely shows the love!

Soft blue buttercream and hand-piped message concealing a classic Carrot cake sandwiched and covered with cream cheese buttercream and generous drizzle of orange curd.

⚽ Henley's Messi cake ⚽

Had a ball (pun intended) designing and baking this football cake inspired by Lionel Messi for Henley's 10th birthday! Especially loved working in the Argentina national team's colours into the scheme. 🩵🤍

Tucked away under the sky blue, classic chocolate cake sandwiched with my real chocolate buttercream. 🍫⚽ My in-house edible printer played its part printing the awesome Messi illustration used to tie the design together.

Ok, ok, I'm a day late but... HELLO SEPTEMBER! 🍂🍁🍂

Soooo ready for all the joys of Autumn, cosy evenings, autumn leaves and the perfect excuse for a little pumpkin pie! 🎃🍂

Still one of my fave autumnal bakes, this version just happens to be too.

And... I know no-one wants to mention it right now, but the end of the year (when the man in red comes to town🎅) tends to get booked up, so think about getting in touch if you'd like a little Olli's Cakes over the festive season!
