Parham Races & family fun day today, the weather is lovely and the going is good. Should be a fabulous day, even better accompanied by a tasty sausage roll from the Podgy Pieman 😋

Just remember I’m very proud to boast that my artisan sausage and veggie rolls and savoury bakes are always baked just before any event I attend, sometimes even in the wee small hours of the morning to ensure they are as fresh as a daisy for your enjoyment. I also carefully select my events so that I’m only travelling a distance that allows me to bake fresh for each day. There maybe many imitators but the is only one Podgy Pieman. See me this Saturday 25th at the fabulous Parham Races & family fun day, on bank holiday weekend Sat 2nd of May at Point-to-Point Godstone, Sun 3rd & Mon 4th at Nonsuch Country Fair near Epsom and Saturday 9th at the ever Popular Plumpton College Open Day

The River Market ME16 - Christmas Eve

It is an age-old tradition to go to the farmers’ market on Christmas Eve to get fresh produce or last minute gifts.
Many of your favourite producers will be there so you can pre order and collect on the 24th.
The River Market ME16 is very close and central to a lot of the best farmers’ markets in Kent so check to see if your festive producers will be there for you and make this a local Christmas
The market is indoors so won’t be affected by the weather.
It will be mainly a food market with some craft and other stalls.
Get there early to avoid disappointment and don’t forget your bags.

Getting ready for another lovely weekend at Hans Christmas Andersen on the Willinghurst Estate at Shamley Green near Cranleigh. Come down and get our tasty sausage rolls and other freshly baked treats. On Saturday we’ll have the Rock Choir joining us for some fab festive tunes.
