Sometimes I just feel like changing a painting a bit. Initially I designed this 25” x 49” painting ‘Tranquil Futures’ with 2 Orenji Ogon Koi fish but I recently decided a Tancho Kohaku (white with red head marking) with an Orenji Ogon works better.
The painting depicts the Koi leaving turbulent water to calmer times. It is currently on exhibition at the beautiful Villa Golf Course restaurant, Villa Farm, Blackham, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 9UN. The restaurant is open to all.

‘You can’t make an omelette without breaking some eggs’…I’ve been busy framing and wrapping artwork for the AllEngland KoiShow this weekend at Kent County Showground, Detling, Maidstone, ME14 3JF.
Framing takes up a lot of space, time and has made a mess of my studio…hope it’s a good one 🤞🤞
