It was my birthday last week 🥳 and in true baker style, I'm a bit picky when it comes to birthday cakes 😂 So, my 9 year old daughter helped me make this layered lamington cake 🥥 I love having my mini baker helping me in the kitchen (most of the time 😂). We did end up a bit messy doing this!

Layers of vanilla sponge, with a chocolate glaze, coated in coconut. In the middle, there is raspberry jam and a mascapone/Chantilly cream. Absolutely delicious!

My first market of the season is this weekend!!

I'll be artisan market from 10am til 4pm on Sunday with lots of delicious treats to buy.

Then on 31st May I'll be in Tunbridge Wells town centre for the Calverley Precinct market.

I have come back every time I want the Jammie Dodger Blondies! Mum loves them, they’re a great gift! So I got them for Mother’s Day & pre-ordered more for her Birthday!! But the best part is you can speak to Sarah like she’s your friend & any requests you have is like ‘it’s not too much trouble at all’ !!! Great service from a very caring company you have here Sarah!
