SNEAK PEEK at this Saturday’s menu for - who’s coming?

🍫 Chocolate & Brown Butter Cookies… yep, our most popular cookies are making a comeback 👀

👉 Rhubarb & Custard Buns… It’s the penultimate weekend to get your hands on one of these! If you’ve not tried one yet, think beautiful pink Rhubarb, sweet vanilla custard and soft brioche… what’s not to love?!

Say whaaat… 2 YEARS!! I’ve only just realised it’s two years this week since I started Wildes… two years since I posted my first photos on social media, a few customers took a chance and placed their first orders, and I headed out to deliver warm loaves and fresh buns to some very special people around Truro (see final photo for evidence!).

Time seems to fly at double speed. Wildes has changed and grown a lot over the last couple of years, and I’ve learnt so much along the way.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for supporting my little business. I still love baking for you all from my kitchen — here’s to the next chapter ✨

It’s my fiiiiinal market day of the year today ! I’ve been baking hard all morning so expect a stand full to the brim with bread, buns and a few festive treats too. 🎄✨

Truro, our festive bakes are coming straight to you this Friday 🚙 🎄✨

Take a peek at the menu and if you fancy having our homemade and freshly baked sourdough, buns and Christmas treats dropped off at your door, head to our website (www.wildescornwall.com) to place a pre-order no later than midday Thursday.

We deliver anywhere with a TR1 postcode, completely free of charge. If you’re outside this area, you’re welcome to swing by our home bakery (near Sainsbury’s) and collect instead. Deliveries will arrive approximately 12pm-3pm on Friday 19th December. If you’ll be out, just leave a note at the checkout with details of a safe drop off spot.

P.S… if you want to see us in person to pick up your supplies, our last market of the year will be this Sat 20th December from 9am.

Due to high winds, Boscawen Street Christmas Market has sadly been cancelled this Wednesday. BUT rather than let a kitchen full ingredients go to waste, I’ve made a very swift change of plan and opened up a last-minute local delivery day in Truro this Friday 19th December — just like the old days!

My online shop is now open for pre-orders of sourdough, buns, Christmas treats and gifts.
 Simply place your order before midday on Thursday, and I’ll deliver your Christmas bakes straight to your door on Friday lunchtime.

🚲 Free delivery to all TR1 postcodes
 📦 Collection also available from my home bakery if you’re outside the delivery area — just choose this option at checkout. We’re just around the corner from Sainsbury’s and it’s easy to pull up and collect from the bakery cabinet.

I’ll still be this Saturday 20th December too for our final market of the year.

My little bakery is returning to Boscawen Street Christmas Market in Truro again this Wednesday (9am - 9pm) - if you’re popping into town for a little Christmas shopping, swing by and say hi.

I’ll have lots of sweet and savoury bakes on the stand to try… plus mince pies fresh from the oven and some delicious biscotti gift bags perfect for Christmas gifts.
