This week has been a challenge.My first week of homeschooling my daughter and a creating this snowboarding themed cake. 12" of delicious chocolate mud cake and dark chocolate ganache, with sugar paste toppers.

I hate to admit it but I much prefer fresh bread and cheese to cake, but this weekend I have found a cake that I could eat all day (thanks to my mum leaving me her sainsbury's magazine!) This Sticky Ginger Cake with Ginger Cream is amazing and turned out great even with 2 little elves helping!
