Hi I’m Erin-May,

I have been interested in making cakes since I was a little girl when I used to bake with my Nan (Violet). I started making cakes professionally and started my own business over 10 years ago. I have been a student of sugar craft for about 15 years now and I love taking new courses to learn new styles and skills. It’s always exciting to do something different and to be able to challenge yourself and to add to your skill set.

I specialise in making birthday cakes, wedding cakes and other celebration cakes. These can be in a variety of styles from novelty to traditional and can be made in any flavour that suits your event in a mixture of sponge cakes to fruit cake. I’m happy to consider any dietary needs ie gluten free, nut free and vegan and wherever possible I will try and accommodate whatever requirements you may have.

I have certificates for Food Safety Level 2, Food Safety in Manufacturing Level 2, Highfield introduction to Allergens and the Food Standards Agency certificate for Food Allergy Online Training. I am registered with the council and have full Public Liability Insurance.
