First time making marshmallow and it was so easy!! It tastes soooooo good too 🤌🏼 recipe from mybakingaddiction.com had to swap the corn syrup for golden syrup because it doesn’t exist in Tesco or anywhere in the UK for that matter 🤌🏼 and yes 3 photos because it’s just that divine 🤤

Third set of Christmas cupcakes and Christmas tree cake pop treats 🎄 - lemon and blueberry cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting! Just noticed I put the wrong sprinkles on the bottom right cupcake 😳😩 how annoying! The brief with all three sets of cupcakes was NOT bright Christmas colours so I went with 3 different winter wonderland vibes ❄️

Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and cherry jam 🍒first time using ganache to cover and fill a cake and it set so quickly - what a mission 🙈🙈was impressed how the cake came out but it seems the fridge dried it out a little
