Henley's Cake Company - Trowbridge Ltd Home baker (40+ years experience), L2 Hygiene certificate, Allergen aware, WWC registered, insured and a Sugarcraft Tutor.

Hilary Henley has been sugarcrafting for over 30 years, learning first at the local College under the Tuition of the late Nancy Pollard, Stephen Benison and Lesley Bastone. Skills have been honed by attending workshops with Alan Dunn, Rhianydd Webb, Debbie Brown and Cassie Brown to name just a few. A qualified Tutor, Hilary first taught at Wiltshire college in the Trowbridge and Devizes Campus for

7 years, before commencing classes at H B Pitt Ltd, where these ran for another 6 years, prior to the shop ceasing trading. An active member of the Trowbridge Branch of the British Sugarcraft Guild for approx 30 years, acting as Secretary for 4 years. We love meeting people interested in the craft and enjoy helping them create an edible masterpiece themselves, or by baking and decorating a bespoke celebration cake to order.

These single layer sponges, baked in a foil tray, boxed.. with short inscription with favourite sweets/ chocs added now start at £30 due to price increases in ingredients.. but can often be made shorter notice than the decorated cakes.

Vanilla cake with dried strawberry pieces, strawberry milkshake flavoured buttercream and white chocolate ganache coating, finished off with edible silver leaf, macarons, Lindt balls and coloured spheres.

Please note-
Due to licensing laws we are not allowed to supply the bottle of alcohol for this style of cake, so we will ask the customer to purchase and we will then add to the cake FoC.
