We did something really fun yesterday — we headed through to Glasgow and had a look around some of the different bakeries, picking up little ideas and inspiration from each one. 🥐🍰

I have to say, some of the products we saw on display were absolutely fantastic. It really highlighted just how much talent we have within our industry here in Scotland. 👏

It’s great to see so many talented people creating such amazing products, and it definitely gave us plenty of inspiration for what we can bring to Brown Sugar Bakehaus! 🙌

I mentioned experienced bakers in the post, but I also want to say that we’re more than happy to train the right people who are looking for a new opportunity or wanting to take a different career path.
