🥳🥖🍞🍰 We are delighted to say we won the "Farmers Food & Drink Award" from Business Action !! 🥳
It feels great to be recognised, especially as the 'reins' of Sandford's are passed on to the next generation; Mary & Nick's oldest daughter Amy and their youngest, Katie. (Charlotte, their middle daughter, who is a talented artist, has recently taken on the role of Celebration Cake Decorator - so all three are involved).
Amy will continue her role as a Baker, which she has done for many years alongside the rest of the baking team. Katie has taken over the running of the business side of things.
We couldn't continue Sandford's without our hard working and talented staff, both in the bakery and in the shop. So it is an award for the whole Sandford's team, who we are all proud of! 😍
Finally, THANK YOU to the people of Torrington, and the surrounding areas - who have supported us for so many years. This is a unique town, and we hope it will thrive into the future.
