Today we're making Organic Wholemeal Spelt loaves! All natural ingredients: flour, olive oil, yeast, salt, & water. No folic acid is added to this flour by the millers. 👌

We also have Organic Wholemeal spelt cheese 🧀 scones available 😋

Behind the scenes this Monday morning. Last job at the end of his shift (started at 3:30am), Baker Simon has made a batch of sponges and a large sheet of sponge. Later today the sponges will be out in the shop. Perfect for sharing with friends/family with a cup of tea 🥰
