Marc Evan's Desserts So much more than just a pudding.... Marc Evans has been a pastry chef for 20 years and and his experience and knowledge shine though in his stunning desserts.

Marc's first job was at a Hotel in Torquay where he trained in pastry following in his Grandfathers footsteps. Marc's Grandfather was a chef and inspired him to join the industry. Marc's favorite dessert is Rasberry Assiette, which is a combination of 3 elements consisting of Champagne jelly, Parfait and Sorbet and his idols are Raymond Blanc and Michelle Roux.
