⭐️ Great Glen Cabin Adventure ⭐️

Crikey, this one gets me right in the feels. A big bucket list item and Paddle Cabin’s first Great Glen expedition - paddling from Inverness to Fort William over 5 days, carrying all our gear and being self sufficient as we wild camped and paddled amongst the most incredible landscapes.

We talk about rustic, adventurous, deeper connections, pushing your limits and slowing down to take in the world around you…. And we did all of those things in abundance over 5 days. From 13km of headwind, beautiful sunny calm days, torrential downpour, huge winds and waves on Loch Ness and countless rainbows following us up the loch… oh my goodness me. I don’t think I can explain the full heart the photos of this trip continues to make me feel.

Laurie, Laura, Sally, Jen, Ellie, Gabby, Ana and Beth… you Great Glen heroes. What a week. I’m still obsessed.

I adored leading this alongside Jess Philip who was flying the SUP2SUMMIT flag, Jess, thanks so much for being so brilliant that week.

Oh Scotland… this is most definitely not going to be our last time taking you all here. It’s seriously unreal.

⭐️ Slovenia Cabin Adventure ⭐️

This one is the gift that keeps on giving.. we never get tired of those turquoise waters. This year we clocked taking over 50 people to Slovenia and despite us heading here for multiple trips over the last 4 years, every single trip remains just as unique and special as the first.

It’s no wonder people love this place… and if you haven’t been, I bet it’s on your bucket list 😉. White water rafting, perfect lake and river paddles, waterfalls, white water paddleboarding and extra activities on the agenda like canyoning, hikes and e-bikes.

And this group totally did it all… my goodness. I adore that you guys threw yourself into Soca Valley life. Exactly how it should be done 🥰

Paul, Carolyn, Jen, Simon, Rachel, Peter and Chris. What a week! Absolutely adored that you got to experience it all!

And Annabelle, our absolute Paddle Cabin queen of knowledge on this place, thank you for bringing all the Paddle Cabin goodness to this place yet again, creating all the fun alongside our fave local guide, Sebi.

⭐️ Bath Cabin Adventure ⭐️

Aww this one. Some of my fave photos of the summer come from the moments of joy I managed to snap on this trip. Wading through the river, paddling through the city, wild swimming in secluded spots, heron’s and kingfishers galore, and a bit of ‘adventure paddling’ as we meandered through the reeds. Oh, and I have to mention the lettuce moment 😂😂 IYKYK

The paddles on this trip are so special.. and every time I adore seeing the magic in your eyes as you experience it for the first time 🥰🥰

Oh, and did I mention the dreamy tipi off grid accommodation? 😭😭

Anne, Paul, Trish, Tracy, Stephen, Layla, Jo, Jenna, Alison & Chris… awww lovely memories with you all.

And Sally, I’m so grateful for our solid teamwork, knowing where we each need to be on that river and how we work together to make the day safe and brilliant for everyone. Thanks for being brilliant crew, fab camping bud… and of course for my delish lunches 😂🙂

Oh this one gives me all the feels 👏

Our Paddle Cabin original cabin adventure and it’s no wonder we still adore it 🥹🥹. Mountains, lakes, slate mines, valleys, off-grid living and the best of North Wales paddling.

This one has a special place in our heart and our 6th trip still carried that same magic as the first. My goodness did we have some serious fun… the belly laughs were next level… 😂😂

Emma, Sarah, Michelle, Kerri, Laura, Joelle, Paul, Teresa, Debbie, Alex… you absolute heroes. I adored sharing this special place with you all.

Oh guyssss 😭😭. I’m so so grateful for YOU. Turning 9 years cancer free this week was a bizarre one for me actually, but having your support, community, love and fundraising was the best way to mark it.

A night of pink, games, paddling and chattering. Big big love to you all.

Our final Thursday night social of the season is this Thursday! With the evenings getting shorter, and Bewl needing us off the water 30 minutes before sunset, it means our fun on the water is cut pretty short by the time we near September. So let’s make the most of it this Thursday!
