Sarah's Kitchen, formerly The Bakery on West Exe North, is now owned by Sarah Churchward Reay, former Hotel Inspector for Visit Britain and a Cordon Bleu Chef, having trained at Tante Marie School of Cookery, which is now owned by Gordon Ramsey. Sarah is fulfilling a lifelong ambition to work for herself, having managed and been head chef at Lindeth Fell Country House Hotel, which is located in the beautiful English Lake District. The shop sells, freshly baked bread, which is delivered daily from a local bread maker, pasties, pies, which we have sourced from a local producer, Danish pastries, and a wide variety of tray bakes, biscuits & sticky buns, as well as delicious sponge cakes, which we bake at Sarah's Kitchen. At Sarah's Kitchen, we take pride in baking, on the premises.

Good afternoon, for those of you who have an iPhone & use Apple Maps, could you please do me a favour & get in touch with them? Apparently Sarah's Kitchen is permanently closed on Apple Maps 🤦 I have been in touch, but they've ignored my request. I am not sure how or why this has occurred, but it'd be great to have the correct info 😍

APPEAL | We are investigating damage caused to a caravan on Post Hill between Tiverton and Halberton.

It is believed that the caravan was damaged between 10.40pm and 11.10pm on Monday 21 September.

Anyone with any information or dashcam footage which may be helpful to our investigation is asked to contact us on 101 or via our website quoting 50260253961.

APPEAL | We are investigating a series of burglaries in Tiverton and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incidents happened at several properties on West Exe South, Narrow Lane and Amory Road on Monday 14 September, between 3am and 5am.

Property owners reported sheds being broken into with tools, a metal detector and an e-scooter all reported as being stolen.

Inspector Mark Arthurs, sector inspector for Tiverton, said: “We would like to hear from anybody who saw any suspicious activity in the area at the time.

“We would particularly like to hear from anyone who has doorbell or dashcam footage who hasn’t already provided this to the police to get in touch.

“Equally, we would also encourage anyone who has experienced similar crimes and hasn’t reported it to us to do so on our website.”

A 51-year-old man from Exeter has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and attempted burglary. He has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
