Wow…where on earth did August go?!! It’s September tomorrow though I must say we are looking forward to all the Autumn flavours 🍁🍃🍂. Before we move fully into Autumn mode we have a late Summer Nourish Bowl on the menu…think Cauliflower Wings, Feta, Salad Leaves topped with Mixed Seeds, Cherry Tomatoes, Spiralized Carrot, Cucumber, a Sweetcorn Cobette, Couscous topped with Spicy Chickpeas, Black Olives, Cannellini Bean Hummus and Baked Tortilla Chips 😋. Our soup this week is Smoky Roasted Tomato 🍅☺️.

Look out also for Autumn flavours creeping in to the cake cabinet 🍁. If you’re in need of a tasty lunch on the move then our Grab ‘n’ Go Fridge will also be stocked up!
