Sourdough Breads:
- Original (20% wholemeal flours with a hint of rye);
- Rustic (classic white with a hint of rye);
- Country Bloomer (white sourdough bread without sour taste);
- Original, Rustic or Country with seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, golden and brown flaxseeds);
- Sandwich 🍞 (soft white tin loaf - contains milk);
- Baguette 🥖

Sweet Sourdough:
- Challah (sweet brioche alike bread);
- tear&share;
- custard and blueberries buns (or only custard/blueberries);
- cinnamon rolls;
[contains: milk, butter, eggs]

Everything made from organic flours.
Bake days: Tuesdays and Fridays.

Taste the Real Bread
My products are hand made with the quality organic flour. I only use slow natural fermentation (typically 36 hours) to produce my sourdough breads, maximising flavour and adding digestion.
There are no yeast or additives in any of my bread, just organic flour, water and sea salt.
You can choose which bread you want. These are baked to order in the mornings Tuesdays and Fridays ready to collect before noon.
The bread keeps well, particularly for toasting after a few days. It freezes very well either whole or sliced.
I’m baking to order to avoid waste. With my Sourdough taking 36 hours to make, last orders are 19:00 on Sunday for Tuesday collection, or 19:00 on Wednesday for Friday collection.
