💫 The Final Chapter of the Balanced Bakery Box 💫

I've had time while we have been away on honeymoon to think about the future and decided that unfortunately, there's just not enough hours in the day to keep baking into 2026.

My hands are full with coaching, podcasting and starting my post grad in January and I have to balance my time for health and wellbeing.

Thank you SO much for all your support of the box and if you visited me at events in the last 18 months, in all weathers! The sale of Stacks happened fast in 2024, so running the Bake Box was a lovely way to ease me out after 16 years in hospitality.

Across baking for the North Coast Visitors Centre Cafe, Pride Parade, Taste North, County Show, Our Wedding , the weekly box outside our home and everything in between, it's been a fantastic experience!

My wee box is closed this weekend but you can still get a home-baking fix over at Joys Bakes in Brough 💕

Honesty box restocked

The honesty box is now back open and restocked including:

🍪 millionaire shortbread

We have also added some lovely greetings cards and bookmarks made by Blushful Earth Handmade.

The box is easy to find. Just follow the road up from the youth club, past the flats and onto St Andrews Drive. You'll see the sign on the lamppost for where to park!
